With a background rooted in finance and a passion for serving clients, he embarked on his real estate career in the mid-90s as a mortgage underwriter. Transitioning to a licensed real estate broker and appraiser in 2003, he founded Legacy Land & Homes, LLC in 2011 with the goal of providing a higher quality of service to his clients.
With over 25 years of experience, his background in underwriting and appraising has uniquely equipped him to serve his clients' needs effectively. Having helped hundreds of clients navigate the complexities of buying and selling homes in the Hudson Valley, he prides himself on offering a seamless and less stressful experience.
Beyond his professional pursuits, he remains grounded in his personal values, having been raised in the local community. Today, he resides in Poughkeepsie with his wife and three children, finding joy in coaching youth sports and pursuing his passion for motorcycling in his leisure time.
